Location: Remote based in Portugal
Terms: Permanent Contract / Full -Time 40h weekly
Salary: Annual Gross 13.250 Euros (Inclusive of Holidays Allowances)
Schedule: Thursday to Monday 8.30 pm to 5:00am
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Support Agent to join our Shared Services team covering the night shift. The successful candidate will work from home permanently so the only commute you’ll need to worry about is getting to your home desk. This will give you the time to focus on what is important: providing excellent support experience for our customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Your main role will be supporting our partners and customers via email, phone, or chat to ensure they have the best and most expedient experience possible.
- You’ll support them from start to finish, troubleshooting their problems and answering their questions.
- You can identify and assess the customer's needs to provide the best possible support. You can consistently input data entry accurately, through the appropriate operating systems.
