You’ll be a true partner to our senior leaders across Europe , building relationships, advising and delivering TA approaches that prioritize both our internal stakeholders and the experience candidates have with us.
As a trusted advisor, you’ll bring market insights and innovative sourcing strategies for your location ensuring Otonomee continues to attract exceptional people across Customer Service, Technical Support , Operations, and other non-tech functions. You’ll also help strengthen our employer brand and support diversity and inclusion efforts, while contributing to TA practices for a scaling global company.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with the business to understand their hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve overall recruitment processes
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze team performance metrics, assess effectiveness, and implement improvements as needed
- Source, screen and evaluate candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and create job specifications.
- Candidate Sourcing: Oversee candidate sourcing efforts and ensure a diverse candidate pool through various recruitment channels.
- Interviewing and Selection: Participate in the interview process where necessary in particular for key positions and guide the team in candidate assessment and selection.
- Along with wider global team contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.
- Continuously find new ways to improve the recruiting process
The roles you'll be hiring for
You will be recruiting Customer and Technical Support Agents as well as Operational Support roles at all levels contributing to the growth of our Partners. Our Partners are often start up or scales up businesses in industries such as Healthtech, Fintech, Aviation and ecommerce.
You'll be hiring for roles that are based in Romania but also supporting your colleagues in other EU locations .
The Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is in 4 stages.
- 30 min interview over Teams with the Recruiter
- Language test if applicable to the role
- 45 min interview over Teams with the Hiring Team
- 30 min interview with Function lead
