ABOUT THE ROLE

Hours :
Flexible shifts between 09:30 and 12 Midnight Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Training Specialist to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a passionate and dedicated about Training. In this role, you will support the creation of new training material, deliver engaging training sessions along with providing support to the team to ensure the team performs at their best while also driving continuous improvement efforts.

The successful candidate will be supporting our partner Oura.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

Training Delivery: Lead and conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new team members onboarding in a remote setting.
Assessment and Evaluation: Analyse training outcomes and feedback to improve future training sessions.
Support and Guidance: Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members to ensure a successful application of skills.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices and new technologies in training.
Communication and Feedback: Collect and analyse feedback from all trainees with the aim of continuous improvement.
Communication: Collaborate with all relevant departments on training needs and requirements and develop efficient learning plans if necessary.

Your profile

ABOUT YOU: 

Proficient in both written and verbal English. 
Prior experience delivering training in a remote environment (essential)
Excellent communication and Presentation skills.
Prior experience with LMS (preferred)
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail
You have Strong organisational skills, allowing for effective multi-tasking and efficient tasks management.
You thrive in a fast-paced start up environment, embracing challenges and opportunities as they present.
You have availability to flex your shift patterns to accommodate training needs.
Have remote working experience and capabilities.
