Your mission
The Marketing Manager position will suit a candidate with 3-5 years' experience in marketing and is looking for an exciting new opportunity in a company that is planning to scale substantially over the next three years. The successful candidate will be the first employee in the marketing team so will have plenty of opportunity to be creative, to have a big impact on the Otonomee brand and our future growth. As Otonomee scales, your job will be to build on the existing marketing plan and develop a high performing marketing function that is the engine of our commercial department.

This is a remote role and we are looking for candidates in either Ireland or Portugal.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Developing a marketing plan that drives brand awareness with our target customers and contributes to our growth ambitions.
  • Working with external consultants /agencies to define and drive our digital marketing plan
  • Develop and manage paid search, SEO and targeted social advertising campaigns that drive in bound sales opportunities
  • Work with Leadership to refine the Brand vision and company message and tell the Otonomee story across relevant channels
  • Creation of social media calendars and content for all social media channels
  • Support talent acquisition and employer brand building to attract the best talent
  • Support in the conception, development and organisation of events hosted for customers and targets
  • Support customer communication with the development of periodic newsletters or similar type of communications
  • Develop a content strategy and manage the content development process working with leadership and external content specialists
  • Accurately track activity performance and provide well-informed recommendations on future resource and budget allocation
  • Be creative – we are looking for someone who will bring new ideas

Your profile
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role is essential
  • At least 1-2 years Marketing management experience
  • The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude – we see opportunities, not problems
  • Experience in B2B marketing with a view to driving new business opportunities
  • Designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns
  • Targeting scaling businesses an advantage
  • Understanding of customer experience, customer experience outsourcing, BPO and / or services businesses an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
